Bright.md is a healthcare automation company for large healthcare systems in North America. Its AI-powered care automation platform, SmartExam™, helps providers navigate, triage, and treat patients for hundreds of low-acuity medical conditions from the convenience of a mobile device.

Bright.md was winning rave industry reviews by Forrester, Gartner, and Chilmark Research, and was named one of 12 telehealth companies by CB Insights to help stand in the gap during the COVID pandemic. However, their brand was not yet well known. On top of this, healthcare systems were losing topline revenue fast in the COVID storm.

Bright.md needed to quickly expand its inbound lead gen efforts through a targeted thought leadership campaign—succinctly communicating to healthcare system business decision makers how its industry-leading solution could help restore topline revenue within weeks (not months), and for years to come.     

KUDOMETRIX SOLUTION

In January 2020, Kudometrix proposed and produced a series of thought leadership campaigns over an 18-month period, including several 4-part blog series by Co-founder and CEO, Dr. Ray Costantini—effectively crystallizing Bright.md’s thought leadership brand in the industry. In 2020, CB Insights voted Bright.md a Top 150 Most Innovative Digital Health companies. Bright.md also won the Best Overall Telehealth Solution in the 2021 MedTech Breakthrough Awards, and was designated as Most Disruptive in the 2021 Oregon Technology Awards. In 2021, Bright.md earned record revenues.
